Vision:
CNC wanted to have a robust, secure and high performing website that provides a good user experience to browse through their product catalogue and other articles on their website.
Business Challenge:
Their previous website had issues with load times and was running on an older platform that required a revamp. They also wanted to have a sleek and clean user interface that caters to their audience.
Our Solution:
We analyzed their user traffic and content to come up with an information architecture, sitemap and UX comps that is in line with their expectations.
We chose PHP as the base language for their application and revamped their website in a modern technology that is easy to use with self service capabilities, high in performance, clean UI and with robust security.
We crafted the site map and designed the website in a way that is easy to navigate without much hassle to consume the information users are looking for.
We also enabled an automated chat that would help in answering FAQs and capturing leads, enquiries in a seamless way around the clock.
We also optimized their SEO for targeted keywords to improve the reach, indexing and user traffic.
